1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 786bdt website, downloading the 786bdt app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the 786bdt platform, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who accesses any part of the site.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 786bdt reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 786bdt are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for both deposits and withdrawals. No other payment methods or currencies are currently accepted.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact 786bdt support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the platform's payment section. 786bdt does not charge fees on withdrawals, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in your name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name.
• 786bdt reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is under review for verification or responsible gaming checks.
• Any funds deposited through fraudulent means will be forfeited and the account closed.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 786bdt are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager.

All slot games on 786bdt use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.

10 Limitation of Liability

786bdt provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and reliable, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, loss of data, or interruption of service.

786bdt's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Termination

You may close your 786bdt account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome, and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

786bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player has breached these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• A player has provided false identity or payment information.
• A player has requested self-exclusion.
